1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of AI Privacy & Secure VPN (the “App”) and aiprivacy-vpn.com. They are an agreement between you and the developer identified on the App Store listing, not Apple. By using the services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Our contact for questions is support@aiprivacy-vpn.com.

The App combines VPN functionality with privacy, account-security and device-utility features. Availability may differ by App version, device, region and subscription. The feature descriptions and purchase screen shown to you form the basis of the service offered. These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility and your device

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, or obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted. The App is not intended for children under 13. Follow the App Store age rating and any higher age requirement applicable in your location.

You are responsible for a compatible device, an internet connection and any carrier or network charges. Keep iOS and the App reasonably up to date, protect access to your device and use legitimate software. We cannot guarantee operation on modified devices or unsupported versions of iOS.

3. License and Apple’s standard EULA

The App is licensed, not sold. The license for App Store downloads is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple’s Standard EULA, unless a different applicable license is expressly presented on the App Store. These Terms supplement that license with service and subscription conditions.

You may use the App only within the scope allowed by that license and Apple’s usage rules. Except where applicable law permits, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions of the App. If these service terms conflict with the governing App Store license on a licensing matter, that license controls.

4. VPN use and limitations

The VPN is intended to help protect a network connection while it is active. You are responsible for checking its current status. A disconnected session does not provide an active VPN tunnel, and connections may be interrupted by network changes, maintenance, device settings or other technical conditions.

We do not promise uninterrupted connectivity, a particular speed, complete anonymity or access to every website. A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful, remove malware from every device, or prevent all tracking by services you sign into. You must comply with local laws concerning VPN use and with the rules of the services you access.

5. Privacy and security tools

Private browsing, safe storage, password generation and two-factor authentication support good security habits; they do not eliminate every risk. Websites may recognize accounts you sign into. A generated password must be stored safely, and an authentication code should be used only with the intended account.

Keep independent account-recovery methods and backups of information you cannot afford to lose. We cannot recover third-party account credentials or guarantee access to data after deletion, device loss or App removal. The App name does not mean that every function uses artificial intelligence, and no feature should be assumed beyond what is actually described in the App.

6. Cleaning and device utilities

You decide which media to remove. Review selections carefully, retain backups where needed and consider the effects of photo synchronization across your devices. Space recovered depends on your content and device behavior; no fixed amount of storage recovery or performance improvement is promised.

The App cannot modify protected iOS system files or serve as a universal hardware repair tool. Any speaker utility is a convenience feature and is not a guarantee that liquid damage or a physical defect can be repaired. Use device utilities at a comfortable volume and follow the device manufacturer’s care guidance.

7. Subscriptions and paid access

Some features require an in-app purchase or an auto-renewable subscription. The purchase screen states the price, billing period, included access and any introductory offer before you confirm. Prices may vary by region and currency, and taxes are handled according to the applicable App Store checkout. We do not set out a price here that could conflict with the offer shown to you.

Payment is charged through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when an applicable trial or introductory period ends. You authorize the recurring charges described in the offer. Apple manages payment methods and billing; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

8. Automatic renewal, trials and cancellation

Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for successive billing periods unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings. Renewal timing and billing are governed by the offer and Apple’s applicable terms. To avoid an unwanted trial renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Review the renewal date and cancellation information shown by Apple.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions and choose the App to manage or cancel the subscription. Deleting the App, disconnecting the VPN or emailing support does not cancel it. After cancellation, access normally continues for the remaining paid period, subject to Apple’s terms; a trial may end earlier when canceled. Any future price changes are communicated and consent obtained where required.

9. Restoring purchases and billing assistance

Use the App’s restore-purchases option, where available, while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Eligible access depends on the transaction remaining valid and the plan supporting that access. A subscription is not automatically transferable between unrelated Apple Accounts.

If paid access is missing, first check the subscription status in Apple Settings and then contact support with a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete payment details. We can help investigate access, but Apple controls billing records, payment processing and the available subscription-management interface.

10. Refund requests and consumption information

Refund requests for App Store purchases are reviewed by Apple under its rules and applicable consumer law. You can request a review at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, and nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law.

If Apple asks us to assist with a refund review, we reserve the right, only where permitted and with any required prior consent, to provide relevant information about how the purchase was used. Depending on the information actually held and Apple’s supported fields, this may include app usage time, a pseudonymous account identifier, cumulative spending and the total value of previous refunds.

This limited response is used for the refund assessment. It excludes VPN traffic, browsing history, private files, passwords and authentication codes. A pseudonymous identifier is not necessarily fully anonymous. Accepting these Terms alone is not specific consent to optional consumption reporting. Where consent is required and not provided, the optional information is not submitted. The Privacy Policy explains this process, and Apple makes the final refund decision.

11. Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful purposes and with respect for other people’s rights. Do not use it to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, commit fraud, harass others, violate intellectual-property rights or interfere with networks. Do not attempt to defeat purchase controls or resell unauthorized access to the services.

You are responsible for the content you access, save or transmit and for obtaining any required permissions. We may take proportionate action in response to a material breach or a threat to service integrity, subject to applicable law and any consumer remedies. This provision does not authorize monitoring or sale of private VPN traffic.

12. Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and the limited refund-review disclosure that may be made to Apple. We do not sell personal information or disclose VPN user data for advertising or unrelated purposes. Requests for device permissions should be considered in the context of the feature you choose to use.

You may revoke permissions in iOS Settings, but the corresponding functionality may stop working. A device permission is not a blanket agreement to additional processing. Where separate consent is legally required, it must be obtained for the relevant purpose.

13. Third-party services and Apple’s role

Apple provides the App Store and purchase infrastructure. Websites you visit and services you choose through the App operate under their own terms. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

We, rather than Apple, are responsible for the App and its support, subject to the governing license and law. Apple has no obligation to provide App maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce applicable third-party-beneficiary rights under the governing App Store license. Your existing agreements with Apple continue to apply.

14. Updates, maintenance and availability

We may release updates to improve functionality, address defects or adapt to platform changes. Features and server availability may change, and maintenance can temporarily affect access. We do not promise to support every historic device or software version indefinitely.

We will provide notice of material changes where required and respect rights associated with paid access. If a change substantially affects an active subscription, available remedies are governed by the applicable purchase terms and consumer law. Nothing here allows us to avoid a legally required remedy merely by labeling a change as maintenance.

15. Intellectual property and your content

The App’s software, branding and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use of the App does not transfer ownership of those materials. You must not remove ownership notices or imply an endorsement that has not been granted.

You retain your rights in the files and other content you use with the App. Choosing to store or process content does not grant us a right to sell it, advertise with it or publish it. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use the content involved.

16. Warranties and liability

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but no security tool can guarantee protection against all threats. To the extent allowed by law, the services are provided without additional promises of uninterrupted availability or fitness for every particular purpose. Any mandatory warranties, digital-content standards and statutory remedies remain in force.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for third-party services. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other protected claims. These Terms do not require consumers to waive remedies that applicable law guarantees.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel an active subscription separately through Apple if you do not want it to renew. Removing locally stored information can be irreversible, so make appropriate backups before uninstalling.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, a legal requirement or a security threat. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Any right to a refund, continued access or other remedy is determined by applicable law and the governing purchase terms.

18. Consumer rights, disputes and general provisions

If you have a concern, contact support first so we can try to resolve it. You retain any right to contact a regulator, use an available dispute-resolution process or bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration requirement through these Terms.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply regardless of other provisions in these Terms.

19. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. The updated date above identifies this version. We will notify you of material changes where required, and changes will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. If a new consent or agreement is required, we will request it.

For help with the App, privacy concerns or questions about these Terms, email support@aiprivacy-vpn.com. Include a clear description of the issue and relevant device information, but never share account passwords or authentication secrets.
